It is the mission of NEILS to empower persons with disabilities to live as full and productive members of society.
NEILS covers 6 counties in North East Missouri
including Clark, Lewis, Marion, Monroe, Pike, and Ralls counties.
Welcome to the NorthEast Independent Living Services website! Our center is a 501(c )3 Corporation that provides an array of services to persons with disabilities. We offer four core services including Advocacy, Independent Living Skills Training, Information and Referral and Peer Counseling. The additional services that we provide are based on the needs of the communities in the counties we serve and are listed on this website.
NorthEast Independent Living Services operates solely on grants and contributions. Those grants and contributions allow us to look forward and continue to provide services which will increase the inclusion of persons with disabilities in our communities.
